The Maruti Suzuki has enjoyed considerable success with its Maruti Ritz car within the Indian automobile market. Following this success the company would be launching the Maruti Ritz CNG version so as to strengthen its market position. The car is expected to become available in the Indian market at the end of 2010.

The Maruti Ritz CNG hatchback would be available in the market with a 1197cc, 4-cylinder, K12M CNG engine.
