You may remember, IndianCarsBikes.in was the first to report about the Ford Figo’s mid-life refresh. We also brought you the revised prices of the car. The Ford Figo has changed the fortunes of Ford India after their family hatchback struck a cord with the Indian customer. The Figo has been an resounding success for the car maker and now that the car has been around for some time, it is due for some refresh. What Ford has done this time is throw in some extra features on the Figo instead of an aesthetic makeover. That’s fine by me.
Ford Figo refresh tilt steering
New features on the Ford Figo include stereo player with Bluetooth on the EXI(O) variant while the ZXI variant gets a stereo with USB access and tilt steering. The top-of-the-line Titanium variant now comes with alloy wheels. Ford has revised the equipment list on both its petrol and diesel models albeit for slight increase in price. The top-end Titanium variant is now dearer by Rs. 18,000. We have managed to secure the first images of the refreshed Figos that have been arriving at dealerships across India.
Ford Figo refresh side
The model featured here is the Ford Figo Titanium with eight-spoke alloy wheels, tilt-steering, USB connectivity on factory fitted 2-DIN stereo. The Ford Figo is available with 1.2 litre Duratec petrol with 71 PS of max power and 102 Nm and a 1.4 Duratoq diesel with 69 PS and 160 Nm of torque.
